Because there wasn't anything wrong with it, if anything if someone did bust into the room(?) that could be a crime.

So from what I’m reading
1. Gulianni was not told she was “15” before hand
2. Gulianni just comes off as a fricking creep being inappropriate with her and touching her during interview (but look at him who couldn’t already tell that)
3. The picture being shared is him actually tucking his pants after getting his mic removed...

In his defense he's been hanging out with a lot of questionable characters from former Soviet Republics lately and the worst that's happened to him was the IC telling the White House that he was being worked by Russian intelligence, so this is another day at the office.
