Thanks for posting that Greenwald tweet about protesting Israel in America. George Washington opposed foreign entanglements because of their divisive effects on DOMESTIC government.

At this pace, one will have to swear allegiance to Israel to be considered a good American.

I don't hate Jews or Israel. I just think American foreign (and domestic) policy should be conducted solely according to what benefits the people of the United States.

So holding a sign saying Death to America, which some of the protesters did, doesn't have much to do with the U.S.? They have been allowed to come here to study, not disrupt college campuses.

I literally don't know anyone on this board who could be "rightfully called Hamas supporters."

There aren't any. To criticize Israel is to support Hamas. It's just that simple.

The same people on this board who believed 911 was an "inside job" are the same people who utterly refuse to believe Israel saw 10/7 coming but refused to act, simply so they could ultimately go to war with Iran. A war they'll pressure the United States into fighting right along with them.

I would say that this rabid, unquestioned support of all things Israel this board has is inexplicable, but it's not. Trump supports Isreal without question. Therefore MAGA does.

What people? Arabs? Muslims? Palestinians? Female Turkish grad students in Psychology who are Fulbright Scholars?

Sometimes, I envy your ignorance and bigotry. It probably makes things simpler.

Is she even a rebel organizer or does she just hold a currently forbidden opinion?

Dangerous waters we are swimming in, indeed.

Liberals: We need to censor American conservatives so their uninformed ideas dont influence the people!

Also liberals: Foreign Hamas sympathizers should be allowed to spread the message of global Jihad and Jewish genocide on college campuses because we have free speech!

If you would've asked me before Jan. 20th who would've been the most active of the President's picks, I would've said Kash, Elon, Vivek, Homan, Bondi, RFKj & Hegseth, in that order of expectation.

Instead, it's somewhat surprising that it's been Elon, Karoline Leavitt, Homan, Rubio & Vance as the most active and/or visible.

The op-ed that she co-authored doesn't say ANYTHING in support of a terrorist organization:

So, what you're saying is that it wasn't her words that caused the revocation. It must have been her actions, then.

I would be interested in what she thinks about October 7. I am guessing she would say that those were despicable atrocities (as would I).

I would hope you both would say that those were despicable atrocities worthy of having your entire home land area scorched and burned.

Many more to come. If you hate America you shouldn’t be awarded a visa.

These strawman arguments are getting tedious. At least on this board, I haven't seen ANYONE arguing for either of these points.

I am MAGA, which means I am for putting AMERICA first. Through effective propaganda, I think we are getting duped into fighting anyone who stands in the way of Greater Israel. I don't see how that benefits the USA, but I'm open to persuasion.

Asserting that anyone who opposes Israeli policy hates Jews and wants them killed is irrational and unpersuasive. Standing by for insult....

Maybe they should be if they do.

But... have they organized marches, taken over campus buildings, blocked Gazans from going to class, etc?

I agree with that. But is criticizing Israel the same as hating America? I get the feeling it is.

I don't have first hand knowledge of these college anti-Israel protests, but I've read accounts that describe anti-semitic behavior directed at Jewish people on campus. Some of the language of the protests reportedly condones or encourages destruction of the Israeli state.

Israel is a US ally. People don't have to agree with that or swear allegiance (straw man), but if you're in this country as a foreign citizen probably best to avoid engaging in or advocating for protests that cross the line between disagreement and harassment/calls for violence against individuals or US allies. That's common sense in every country of the world, always has been and always will be.

Then you are living under a rock.

you could call it a strawman if I was indeed making an argument. My post was a simple reflection of conflicting ideas posed by the American left.

Free speech... ONLY for those who agree with us. Apparently that sentiment extends to foreigners. If the ones fighting for these jihad lovers had some crumb of ideological consistency, I'd be more open to their case. Remember, these are the same people that wanted to jail an American president for trying to incite violence. Put your Jew hate aside for a second and ask, where is the consistency?
