Today I sanctioned five Cuban entities and eight individuals associated with procuring arms for the regime. As President Trump has said: the United States will not tolerate a rogue state harboring hostile military, intelligence & terror operations on our doorstep.

Joe Kent was asked on a pod the other day whether Cuba is running Antifa and a bunch of far-left terror networks. Kent said he looked into Antifa pretty closely since he is from PNW. He said the foreign influence is very limited and Rubio is trying to pull together a bunch of disparate pieces to support an interventionist message.

I would like Rubio to just say "I want revenge against the Castro regime and their successors for what they did to my ancestorial home. It is also strategically an important island for the US, and we should have a friendly government running it, not a communist dictatorship that hates us."
I can't imagine there is even any significant amount of true believers who believe the island that can't even keep their electric grid functioning has enough resources to spy on Americans or fund groups like ANTIFA.
