On the one hand, dude looks unstable and was 100% trying to agitate the situation.
On the other hand, those students need to be held accountable for skipping class as their school loses funding for every kid that is out protesting. If the higher-ups are calling for participation, they need to be held accountable as well.

Supposedly the man was in his vehicle arguing with a HS girl. For some reason he exited and then a fight broke out and he was beat up by a bunch of HS boys.
He very well may be unstable. But it’s also liberal fantasy that girls are beating up men.

The story I read is that one of the kids reached through his window at a stoplight and took his hat. I’m sure there was an argument or some interaction before that. He got out of his vehicle to get his hat back and foolishly entered a pack of rabid high schoolers. From the videos I’ve seen, it wasn’t 100% clear if he threw any punches or was just trying to get his hat back, forcefully, from the girl that had it. What he should have done is just call the cops and take pictures and video of them.

Not defending the guy, but this is a stretch. He was tackled from behind by a male and then a bunch of guys jumped on him and another guy grabs him and takes him to the ground again.

the few videos I had seen on social media before this thread had cut out the beginning so it just looked like the dude had gotten randomly jumped for standing there. It's hard to tell what actually happened from all the shite going around. Dude should have just stayed in his truck.

He appears to be holding his own hat at the beginning of the video then the hat is dropped on the ground and he keeps fighting.
