Trump isn't a great speaker either but he knows when to lighten the mood by throwing some zingers, and finds a natural way to connect with people.
Not being a Trump homo here as it's the damndest thing ever for Trump of all people to be able to connect so well through his speeches. That's why he won in 2016 and why he draws bigger rallies.
Ron can do the same in time but he needs a little more personality. He's a bit too stiff still.
