Agreed. There has to be a clear enemy which I think is in the military context.
You might be able to make the case for Iran. China would be unlikely since we aren’t at war. They are an adversary at best.

The judge didn't "Order the raid"... The DOJ asked the judge to sign off on a search warrant and he/she did.
There has to be some substance for it to get to this level, but why do we have to add false statement to make it sound like more than it is.

I don’t think the DOJ has the stones to charge anyone with treason.
But I do agree with him that this appears to be about something waaaayyyy more than just an immigration case.

Doesn't it have to do with the 2024 investigation started under the Biden DOJ around finances?
Im sure her multi-million dollar financial filing correction doesn't have anything to do with it

The Minnesota state legislature has highlighted that hundreds of millions of dollars were being flown out of Minnesota airports. I'm sure everyone remembers those stories. The question is, where did that money go? If they're sending it to foreign terrorist organizations such as Al-Shabaab, that is going to frame politically as "treason" , but would most likely be prosecuted under anti-terrorism statutes unless that money somehow made its way to Iran.
I feel like that's potentially as high as it could possibly escalate. Which is pretty damn high.
