Having watched the preliminary hearing, I think the only question is:
will Utah offer Robinson a deal to plead guilty in exchange for a life sentence?
For ANY of Candace's theories to have a shred of truth, you would have to accept that this is a Sirhan Sirhan situation. That Robinson was the victim of mind control (or just so crazy he genuinely doesn't know whether or not he killed Charlie) AND that Robinson's defense team is in the tank for the prosecution. I just don't see any indication of that.

Hers is a case of reading words on the internet she hasn't used in every day conversation. You can always tell because people that do this and then try to use the words in speech will pronounce things like hyperbole as "hyper-bowl".
