Both the people who are cheering this and melting about this are engaging in serious virtue signaling and little else.

There is absolutely nothing to stop Merchan tomorrow from saying he has changed his mind and is sentencing Trump to prison. I f I was trump tomorrow I would have my lawyers file a $500,000,000 law suit in Florida against Merchan, Bragg, and the State of New York for violating his constitutional rights and election interference.
