Nicholas Bogel-Burroughs of the NY Times confirms he was the reporter who spoke to Mark Richard "a lawyer for Kyle Rittenhouse, tells me and Julie Bosman what he though when he looked at the 12 jurors today as they were about to head home for a third night with no verdict.
"I thought, they're 6-6 split. That's what I thought."

I don't find it hard to believe that it's possible, I just find it hard to believe that it's actually occurring. Imagine the judge seeing this and believing it. It would be an extreme violation of the privacy and security implications of this particular trial. If judge really believes this, and doesn't dismiss it out of hand as I'm doing now (not to offend anyone), then be looking for judge to reign (or rain, I dunno) hellfire down upon the leaker in a public way tomorrow. Again, mainly in the name safety of jurors as well as protecting the integrity of the proceedings to the extent possible. If the inner workings of the deliberations are truly being made public, I'm certain we'll be hearing about it from judge.

Apparently it was 10-2 yesterday and after the MSNBC doxing event the vote went to 6-6.

If 6 libs are on the jury they will vote to convict no matter what. All they follow is ideology not law.

Easy to see why the Founders abhorred Democracy (pure version) as "mob rule" and limited it by Constitutional Principle that "inalienable Rights" come from God.
We've all known that something was going to kick off a major confrontation wherein Patriotic (Trump Nation) Americans will rise up and DEMAND that they no longer be treated as "insurrectionists"; and that either Equal Justice and Rule of Law be blind...or else it's gloves off. This might be it. Who knows what happens in the street.
