Yet a different possibility=
we're hammering the foreman, assuming she's 'old money' and trying to own/control the jury. Lots of pages on that.
Well, ol' gal might be 'liberal', but it doesn't mean she's the holdout. She might have a practical nature about her, and could go with a "not guilty" verdict as long as it's "HER" call.
Rich white ladies and 'revolutionaries' like AOC might vote similarly, but they also despise each other when stuck in close physical proximity.
So the conflict could be between the group and some smelly holdout, and "Mrs Blueblood" might be verbally beating that person over the head, so she can get the hell out of the jury room and go home, and her nature caused her to gather every tool (including bringing the instructions home) to do this.

Here's a thought-
maybe they found him innocent of the major charges, but are deciding whether/how to find him guilty of something.
What are the possible lesser charges they could consider?
For example- acquitted on all big charges, but oh yeah he littered when he dropped the fire extinquisher
Obviously not that charge, but something of the sort, that would not ruin his life, but still hang something on him.

His mother is already asking for help in covering legal expenses. If there is another trial, the total cost for his defense may be unbearable.

I don't think funding will be an issue. Damn near every 2A supporter would be willing to pitch in some amount. Not to mention Kyle is going to be a mega millionaire after the lawsuit against the media and city of Kenosha.

I believe if that where to happen he could still serve 15 years in prison according to the Rekeiita legal minds.
