I believe if that where to happen he could still serve 15 years in prison according to the Rekeiita legal minds.

Correct. Second degree reckless endangerment is a Class G felony which has a fine not to exceed $25,000 or imprisonment not to exceed 10 years, or both. So it's up to 10 years and would be solely dependent on the judge. LINK

I hope he's acquitted and they START to burn it down, only to be faced with 1,000 Kyles that are tired of that shite and fight back.

the judge should inquire with the jury... "Have you been watching coverage, how do you know this?"

They could reasonably state that they were just referring to the circus around the courthouse every day when they arrive and leave. Cameras, reporters, etc.

So- clarify:

is that the least charge they can consider to impose?

I was under the impression they could consider the charges filed, or a whole laundry list of lesser, related charges.

Are there no misdemeanor options even available? Curfew violation, etc?

But Rekieta pointed out... The windows to the bus are blocked out so they can't see out nor anyone in.

“Media coverage is insane”?

Is a juror confessing to doing something that shouldn’t be done?

Or - they expressed gratitude because they are a not-guilty lean and they appreciate the anonymity.

counter point... the jurors are brought to the court in a windowless van and they don't come through the front door (likely a rear door)... so there's a good chance they shouldn't be able to see any of the goings-on in front of the courthouse

The judge could just as easily ask them, was your decision based on any outside influence or fear of repercussions regarding your decision.

i would hope in that instance they can secure more fundraising or get a competent lawyer to help pro bono. gotta be some self defense lawyers out there willing to help who will do a better job than richards calling out the prosecutions bullshite

They travel in a windowless van/bus. I don't know how you stop them from looking out of the windshield. Are the seats backwards?

Maybe she is a holdout out of fear and trying to get booted?

The opposite could be equally true. They don't want the mob targeting them b/c of voting NG
