Looking at the license requirements it makes the NFA look pedestrian.

But that federal license one though. Permission for a right? The very second right? What if they deny your rights? Or delay the process? I can't imagine even the Democrats voting for this in double digit numbers. This bill seems like the left throwing a fit.
Or. Or the right will "compromise" here and nix the ID requirement because it's racist and the Democrats will be ok with giving that up. Then the Republicans can claim a win.
