This has zero bearing on anything. There is no legal defense for her that involves just trying to get away. She was given a legal order multiple times and she ignored it. She began to flee the scene which is a felony. She struck a police offer with a vehicle while in the process of committing previous felony this committing a second felony. She was a threat to everyone around her and she was neutralized with hast.
