Even if its completely common practice to draft everything and have it ready to go before the GJ decides...having it get published like that against this particular defendant in this particular case is a total and complete disaster for them.

That's probably very deliberate.
It allows more time for the (in)justice system in coordination with the MSM Propaganda Machine Complex to drag Trump's name all through the mud even more, and all the leftist rubes and TDS mouth breathers will just lap it up and parrot it to the sky without rest.

Of course the process is the punishment. I don't even think Willis has any expectations that these charges will stick. If one or two do stick, that's just gravy.
