That's not going to happen so I don't care. Even if it the refer it for criminal prosecution, it goes through Bidens DOJ sk they won't pursue it.
There's no accountability. A corrupt rogue agency protecting itself and the President is referred to the presidents appointed DOJ for prosecution. Great. Thanks.

I bet the FBI declares Hunter Biden a confidential informant and due to the all encompassing claim of "for national security reasons" Wray could not comply with the subpoena.

Nothing. The contempt citation will go to the DOJ for prosecution, and it will wind up in the same filing cabinet as Eric Holder's contempt citation.
