They don’t understand and the ones that do just want more handouts like during covid. They live for this shite and do not understand the implications of handouts when spending is not decreased. But they are supposed to be Republican

We are very impressed with your 401k. You gave yourself away bragging about maxing out a Roth. That means between you and a spouse you make less than 246k. What a mogul.

As I said. Your ignorance knows no bounds.

You sound like Roger. Do you think the portion of inheritance that is exempt from estate tax is a handout too?

Which is exactly why I hate populism. All they hear is "gubment money" and are all in.

Whats their track record of sending every American 5k?
Pretty good. Trump and Biden send out thousands to most during covid. Passing out another 5k will juice inflation even more.

You said you max a Roth. That’s a different transaction. We are all impressed that between you and your spouse you might almost make 250k. fricking poor.

He’s done it before. He’s dumb as a brick and is begging for a measly $5k handout from the government. It doesn’t get anymore pathetic than that.

If they are going to apply 80% of the DOGE ‘savings’ to debt AND decrease spending going back to pre-Covid levels I’d have no issue with maybe a $1k payment to people who actually pay federal income taxes not to just every swinging dick out there. They aren’t proposing that though. They are increasing spending and wanting to send out $5k which is just dumb and will just result in more inflation.

Your reading comprehension seems to be as limited as what you earn. My first post to you in this thread began with this:

quote:

I don’t care about the 5 grand, but the fact you think a return of taxes is a handout is amazing

Now tell me how you were referring to a backdoor Roth when you said that you “max Roth IRA contributions.”

What is the max you can do through a backdoor? If there isn’t one, why did you say you max your Ira contributions? How dumb are you?

Nobody types out a back door Roth conversion you idiot because it’s the same as maxing a Roth. You are a poor who wants $5k handouts from federal government. I do not want or need this $5k handouts because it’s irresponsible and stupid unless they cut annual spending which they are not. Learn simple economics you retard.

Is the amount of inheritance exempt from the estate tax a handout? Yes or no?

No it isn’t, you moron. Completely different tax consequences and wildly different limits. (Hint: there is no limit to how much you can convert on an annual basis). You referenced maxing. That only applies to a Roth contribution which means you and your spouse make less than 250k. Absolutely nothing wrong with making less than 250k. I just enjoyed you revealing that in a post about how rich your are.

You’re out of your league here, junior.

This would be an interesting analysis. You're fooling yourself if you think it's black/white and all about causing a recession.

I’m not married

I make over the Roth limit and have for over 10 years now. I also don’t want a $5k handout from federal government like you. You are a poor.

While I am so happy for all you principled fiscal conservatives, my wife and I would gladly take that "measly" 5k.

VERY Gladly, w/o an ounce of guilt or embarrassment.
