This is the stuff that makes me crazy. A person should have principles or not. It should not matter why they did what they did - they are citizens and deserve the be treated as such ... especially in a age where so many are calling for bail reform and basically letting hard criminals out of jail. That's why we cannot have nice things - everyone's position changes depending on the tee shirt. It is actually possible to abhor what occurred but also do not think they should be sent to Gitmo without a trial.

what i dont understand in all this is the clear violation of constitutional right to a speedy tril has been clearly ignored and that alone should be enough to have them free but the socialist skirt around that by not charging them so it doesnt apply
