The evidence should have been allowed to speak for itself. Instead, Nancy Pelosi, Liz Cheney, and the rest of the committee decided to abuse their power for political gain. There was never any attempt to investigate January 6th within the scope of the House's actual jurisdiction, which would have demanded a heavy focus on the security failures that took place. Instead, it was decided that everything would revolve around Donald Trump and other Republicans so it would influence the next several election cycles.
Aside from the faux pomp and circumstance of the January 6th committee, Loudermilk's report also alleges that evidence was deleted. Specifically, over one hundred "deleted or password-protected files" were recovered. Further, some of the files were deleted days before Republicans gained control of the majority in early 2023 in an obvious attempt to cover up how dishonest the January 6th committee had been with some of its assertions.

No manipulation besides the part where they deleted evidence and made up stories like Trump choking out SS agents and grabbing the limo steering wheel, right?
The left loves to call him bone spurs for getting out of going to Vietnam and says that he used tear gas to clear out protesters near the White House for fear of them. The left's story is that Trump is a big coward. But when the story is Trump wanted so badly to be in the middle of this big battle at the Capitol that he was willing to assault SS agents, you all accept it without question. It is so out of character for Trump that you would have to be retarded to believe it.
If Trump knew there was going to be an "insurrection" he never would have planned to be there at The Capitol. And if he was really that irate about not being allowed to be there then it means he did not think there was going to be anything more than protests.
There is no way Trump purposely incites this riot, as insisted by the left, but then demands to be right in the middle of it, also insisted by the left. The narrative contradicts itself.
