Is there any doubt now? I always thought no way. This new normal all but assures that in the future $$$ is going to be given to black Americans to attempt to make amends for the slavery which is part of history in this country. Personally I don’t agree with it. I am not a racist and I don’t think America is a racist country. I cant get my mind around going down this path. Slavery was abolished over 150 years ago and this country gives everyone a chance to be successful. It’s up to the individual. You can choose a life where you respect everyone and treat everyone as your equal; or you can feel guilty about the sins of long ago history. Reliving the past and judging this country by the inappropriate actions of the few that should face swift justice for their crimes. Strange times indeed.
