Long live our corrupt government! The corruption wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't so blatant. Gov is no longer even hiding it. It's basically a "frick peasants, we can do anything we want and there's not a damn thing y'all peasants can do about it! Lmao"

Countless Democrat politicians questioned the 2016 election right after the election was over. They teamed up with permanent government, Hollywood and msm to start a campaign to threaten electoral voters into changing their votes. They encouraged and supported violent, resistance riots in multiple cities leading up to the inauguration. Democrat congressmen openly said trump wasn't the legit president. On inauguration day, DC was set ablaze and violence was everywhere as leftists rampaged.

Not a goddamn look into any of that shite. No investigations. No committees. No attempt to disqualify those Democrats from running again. They blamed trump for all that. "Well if trump didn't illegally win and had the audacity to actually accept the presidency, he incited all the outrage! "

Swalwell's girlfriend and Feinstein's driver were Chinese spies and Dems didn't care.

That is much worse than anything they dream up for MTG and others

s this map up to date? Congress dot gov link

LINK

If so, I assure you there is not one speck of blue on that map.

That's the old/current map, the new CD 14 map is below:

The area the MTG is complaining about is southwestern Cobb County which is blue, though the rest of the district is very, very red.

She is in a deep red district, even if the courts screw her out of this, the replacement would be just as red. Think of her district as a microcosm of this board. It's really pointless for the left to even pursue this, politically. If anything, they need her there like the right needs AOC.

It’s about setting precedent. They just figure she is the best chance to accomplish their goal. If the left succeeds they’ll use the court case as precedent to go after others

I like that new map. The republicans got tired of Cobb voting blue in back to back elections so they split it all up among other predominantly red areas. District 14 can easily absorb those SW Cobb blue votes and stay very red. It's beautiful actually.

Do you not see what they are trying to do? "I don't remember" should be the ONLY answer she gives to all of these bitch arse questions. frick these assholes.

Wish she wouldn't have voluntarily mentioned Q, but the lawyer damn near ejaculated when she did. He sounded like he just saw his first porno.

Can other voters start filing suits to prevent anyone who pushed the false "Russian Collusion" narrative from seeking reelection as well? Shouldn't they start?

They certainly can and should. But won't. It takes effort to do something like this, and outside of courageously waging the meme war, the Right ain't into walking its talk.

So all that's needed is an allegation of something to keep them off the ballot? No way this could be weaponized and abused.

Greene says the law that the voters are using to challenge her eligibility is unconstitutional, and she filed a lawsuit asking a federal judge to prohibit state officials from enforcing it.

Can someone explain this part? If the part they are looking to expel her over is in the Constitution, how can it be unconstitutional? Seems the better course of action would be to fight that her actions didn't meet the intent of law.

Pretty sure “formenting an insurrection” is in there thanks to the 13th through 15th amendments.

1/6 being an “insurrection” takes some major fricking liberties with the term.

Yet, Hillary violated a raft of felony level national security laws with her unsecure server that would have barred her from government and nothing happened.

group of voters last month filed the challenge with the secretary of state’s office alleging that Greene helped facilitate the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the U.S. Capitol that disrupted Congress’ certification of Joe Biden’s presidential election victory. They say that violates a part of the 14th Amendment and makes her ineligible to run for reelection.

So allegations for an event that is only suggested to have occurred in the manner in which its implied. No proof at all.

Can a petition be filed against Kemp for his role in the alleged theft of the election in November of 2020?

My point. It seems the easiest way to fight this is to fight the insurrection part not the constitutionality of the law that is in the constitution.

Are we surprised this political hack would rule this way? An Obama appointee...Hahahahahha!
Where are the leftist turds to whine about 'unqualified' judges? It doesn't matter if it's completely unlawful, unconstitutional or even unethical when it comes to the things these hypocrites favor.
