Let me put it this way, no human being can be hit by a car and still fire off 3 (4?) shots at point blank range.

You morons just can't let this one go, can you?
Nope. Freedom and liberty are kinda important to us "morons."

"Renee Nicole Good, the woman fatally shot by a U.S. Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officer last week, was found with four gunshot wounds, according to a Minneapolis Fire Department incident report obtained by Fox News Digital. Good, 37, suffered two gunshot wounds to the right side of her chest, one to her left forearm and one "with protruding tissue on the left side of the patient’s head," according to the report. Blood was also flowing from her left ear, the report said. Initial reports indicated Good had been shot three times during the Jan. 7 incident."

TLDR version:

She died from lead poisoning.

Anyone who makes a habit of interfering with law enforcement is going to have a shorter life span on average. You can pretend to be offended by that truism. It’s still a truism.

She exercised her freedom and chose to ignore 2 clear and distinct orders to personally escalate the situation.

Unlike the left I don’t gloat in death of other people.

I will not however pretend this is some moral outrage; she had it coming and deserved what she got. These idiots think they’re in a Disney movie. Did you see the footage of her passenger screaming WHY DID YOU HAVE REAL BULLETS.

Sad she died but she got the justice she wrought on herself

Great point. They didn't bring it on themselves because that was entrapment.

This Good idiot did bring it on herself through her own actions.

Thanks. Was discussed earlier. I went ahead and changed the title.

The reporting here is sometimes more responsible than that of the sources to which we link.

Good exercised her freedom to make the choice to get involved in Minneapolis

Good exercised her liberty to drive down there and interfere with Federal Law Enforcement operations

Where the situation became deadly is Good’s fantasy of “fighting the fascists” intersected with the reality of “get the frick out of the car” and she freaked out and tried to escape.

LEO are trained to handle these situations and respond accordingly, Good was not.

Exercising her freedom and liberty is what got her killed cosplaying as resistance to lawful Federal LEO operations

Because I think those types of protests are silly. Besides they're full of paid provocateurs that could get innocent protesters injured or killed.

I don't want to waste Saturday time playing lawyer on PoliBoard, but if you're interested, check out the Third Circuit Case (apparently with our friend the late great Tom Stagg sitting by designation) of Abraham v Raso. While not a continuous volley, the Court found a fact dispute sufficient to survive summary judgment where an officer was initially in front of a car that accelerated towards her, but the fatal shot was fired through the driver's window.

Gives new meaning to the term, "That's some GOOD shootin' right thar partner!"

I mean, cudos to the officer. Excellent sight acquisition and exquisite trigger control under pressure.

I'd like to know what freedom pills it was that he delivered to that beyotch ... I've heard ICE uses the Federal HSTs in 124, but I'm betting they're 147s getting that kind of glass penetration and expansion performance.

Damn, I think I'm going to have some, "That's some GOOD shootin', partner!" tshirts made. You know, with her face on it.

Like the evil fricks did Charlie.

Nah, nevermind, on second thought, I don’t want to be like the POSes on the left. It's too easy to get dragged down into their vile sewer.

In a civil case, the fact that a suspect attacked an officer, giving the officer reason to use deadly force, did not necessarily justify continuing to use lethal force. It's a fact-intensive inquiry which a trial should be allowed to answer.

Abraham is instructive because the officer was
-in front of the car
-the car accelerated at her
-fearing for her safety, the officer jumped out of the way
-by the time the officer shot, she was clear of the vehicle and shot through the driver's side window

In Good, I think all the shots were justified because Ross initially reasonably feared for his life and the shots he took after he was clear of the vehicle would be justified as a continuous volley.

Just because we think that, doesn't mean a judge won't conclude there is enough of a factual dispute to let a trial decide the matter.

ETA: If the Coroner's Report establishes that all of the shots came from the front, I think Ross might prevail on Summary Judgment.

Sad, but she brought it on herself. She drove right into the ICE agent with her car, and caused internal bleeding.

She did Bring that on herself. It was a good shoot.

I believe He was released the same day from the hospital. People with internal bleeding stay a minimum of 24 hours.
Edit: unless it’s a bruise, which is technically internal bleeding.
