Ooohhhh. Juicy. Despite the video? Second shooter? Any of them lizard people?

Agreed. It's especially helpful that PoliBoard is interactive...albeit rancorous at times.

In a civil case, the fact that a suspect attacked an officer, giving the officer reason to use deadly force, did not necessarily justify continuing to use lethal force. It's a fact-intensive inquiry which a trial should be allowed to answer.
My Lord. Literally the first sentence of the ruling:

I remember you laughing at me when I predicted that the Comey indictment would get tossed.
Seriously, though, if you have the time and interest, distinguish the Abraham v Raso case from the impending Good civil case. Assuming the wound to the head is found to have been the fatal one AND it was fired from the side or from behind Good, do you think "continuous volley" is enough to separate the two?

Raso was a security guard.

I counted hearing four shots in the video. That's some incredibly judicious marksmanship under extreme duress, and the dog on board was completely unharmed.
Give this man the Medal of Freedom.

Are we sure it wasn't glass fragments like the Trump assassination attempt.

She died doing what she loved.

Should have the cost of those bullets reimbursed to ICE out of her estate.

here is another shooting. what is a cop supposed to do? they tried to get out of the way.
Yeah, saw that one yesterday, it's from March 2025 if I remember correctly, and it's just another example that it's been going on for awhile.
Honestly, the worst one I've seen is the one of the cop involved in the Good shooting from earlier in 2025 being drug by a protestor. He had to get 37 stitches after that incident.
But from what I've read there have been over 80 instances of autos being used as weapons against, ICE and other LEOs, since Trump took office. Probably more that were not reported as attempted vehicular assaults ... 80+ is a low number.

what an amazing job by this ICE agent. 4 shots in that amount of time. All accurate.

He was trying to shoot out the tires.

This shows how unreliable witness reports can be. Several people said she was shot in the face.

Could have been at an oblique angle. If tissue is protruding from the left side the bullet traveled out that side typically. She probably had her head turned to her left on the first shot through the windshield.

That's exactly why he had a partner at the side of the vehicle who was likely the shot taker when she struck a pedestrian with her car.
Law enforcement works as team.
