IMO the final straw that turned them against President Trump? He drew the ire of these people and the NATO bunch when he demanded that NATO Member Nations pay their fair share of support. Then to their horror Trump started bringing our troops home. That did NOT endear the warmongers to President Donald Trump. Throw in the LGBT activist who want the LGBT Flag flying over the Kremlin (just like it was flying over our embassy in Kabul). Include their effort to shove Grasshopper Burgers down our throat, while forcing us to drive ridiculously inefficient and expensive EV's and we can readily see why President Trump had to go.

To which I respond "BOOM" suddenly we're engaged in a Proxy War with Russian in Ukraine, another Proxy War in Gaza with Iran's proxy Hamas, all the while watching the Houthis drone our tankers in the Red Sea. If the courts would have allowed unfettered access to millions of mail in and drop box ballots in the key swing states to verify chain of custody and it was discovered hundreds of thousands of ballots were illegitimate all hell would have ensued. They tell us we have to shut down the country. States shut down nearly every thing, we get all this fear porn from every angle, we have to wear masks, we have to stay at least 6 feet from each other, we must wash our hands every 5 minutes, we need gallons of hand sanitizer every where...we need hundreds of thousands of respirators, we need DJT to invoke the War Powers Act...

And like magic, all theses bills in Congress appears out of thin air: the CARES Act, the HAVA, Pay Check Protection, the tripling of unemployment checks to the lazy...

And viola, we need 'mail-in ballots' to keep us all safe cause we all gonna die from the china/dnc/deepstate flu.

And to 'almost' top it off, we need a 'vaccine'. So DJT listens to the lil midget fauxi, the evil scum at the see-dee-cee, big pharma...

...and we get the clot-shot. Undoubtedly, the clot shot has been a disastrous failure. Untold thousands, perhaps hundreds of thousands, perhaps millions have died because of its side effects. Tens of millions are quietly dealing with the side-effects of the clot shot, myocarditis, cancers, weakened immune systems, blood clotting...and the list goes on and on.

With no man-made china/dnc/deepstate flu, DJT is wrapping up a successful 2 term presidency. The country is experiencing an economic revival that would mirror the 1950s.
We as a country are united like never before. No idiotic wars, the world is experiencing peace. Jobs are plentiful, prosperity like we have not seen in a long time.

BUT yet today, we have to polar opposite. Crime is rampant, deadly drugs are pouring over the borders, young people are dying due to the drug cartels drug pandemic. We are flirting with war with 2 nuclear super-powers in china and Russia. We are amassing huge debt by the trillions. Excuses, excuses.

They passed the CARES act with a f'n voice vote for a reason. Nobody went on record voting yes or no, and that's a procedural maneuver that is typically reserved for votes to name monuments, etc. I wonder why they did that.

That's what Massie was speaking out against, and what Trump lobbied Kentucky Republicans to primary him over to the cheers of John Kerry.

It was well within Trump's position/power as leader of the Republican party and POTUS to rally Republicans in congress to vote down the very legislation that fricked them electorally in November. But he chose the immediate path of least resistance and it fricked him and the country in the end.

When a roll call vote was taken on the huge Covid relief bill before CARES, my rep was one of 40 Republicans to vote no against the spending Trump championed. So it's not like there was no resistance to spending trillions on Democrat causes.

Here's a question - how many Republicans could Trump have added to that 40 if rather than championing the CARES act and trying to get Massie primaried, he rallied Republicans to fix it?
