Yes clearly an outlier, that is my problem with RCP, since it averages polls, in closes races a +6 outlier can change the average and flip the state.

CNN was the second worst poll in 2020 out of around 30 pollsters. They were off the final result by over 7% nationally. That is horrible, probably overpoll Dems by a large margin.

CNN put out a bogus Kamala +6 poll and it bumped her to +0.2 on the aggregate. This time 8 and 4 years ago it was Hillary +5.4 and Biden +6.4. Can we loosen the clutch on our pearls a little bit.

Maybe, if RCP's polling average somehow mattered and was anything other than a polling average
