This is eerily similar to the Brennan confirmation.
Time to watch how your senators vote.

I will have to check that out. Thanks for the recommendation!
There's nothing new under the sun. I had a college calculus professor - who refused to allow calculators for tests - tell us that a calculator just helps you get the wrong answer faster. Of course, he had a heavy Indian accent and was difficult to understand, so that's pretty much all I took from that class, except his advice not to drink and derive.
Which is all technology has been good for when it comes to liberals. Little progress at all has been made since FDR, absent some civil rights advancements, which should be recognized.

I am also very disappointed in the doctor not being able to reply directly to the question.
Not able to, or unwilling to? What makes you think he was unable to answer the very simple question posed to him?

Because he got where he is by pretending to be a woman, not because he's smart?

It really is surreal the types of ridiculous, childish, anti-scientific, anti-intellectual, fraudulent claims that liberals come up with to justify their accumulation of power over everyone else.
This is a direct result of letting too much shite slide in the name of tolerance. frick that! At some point a line needs to be drawn! Also goes to show that some bullying is a good thing in society.

But they are not the same at all. If he was unable to answer the question for some reason, for instance he'd never considered the question before and genuinely could not give the Senator an answer at that time, he could have simply said that.
What he gave was a non-answer...twice. He practically took the 5th.

Either is disappointing.
One is considerably more disappointing to be honest. Not knowing an answer is one thing, refusing to get one you know is going to make you look bad is significantly worse. The only thing that tops that is others giving cover for that level of deception.

I watched/listened to that video this morning and when I first started listening I didn't realize who the dude was that was trying to dodge Rand's question and then I looked at my iPhone and saw it.......what a mess the Dims have made of this country.

There's a not unrelated lesson to learn from the Galileo/Catholic Church incident that is worth pointing out, to those who are interested.
It's commonly presented that the Catholic Church was threatened by the teaching that the Earth was NOT the center of the universe, as Galileo proposed. This is true, but it is only half the story.
Once you study the actual events, and the actual papers and testimonies filed in the Galileo incident, one finds that Galileo was claiming (and teaching his students) this assertion without a rigorous mathematical proof. It was the lack of proof, largely, and not Galileo's assertion on its face, that irked the Catholic Church and led to his house arrest.
While Galileo would later be proven correct, there is something to be learned about prudence in requiring scientific (not liberal "science") proofs for political decisions that relate to science and particularly medicine. The Catholic Church was doing nothing but following its strict requirement that views that appeared to contradict biblical teachings need rigorous proof, and THEN the Church would revisit its interpretation of scripture.
We're way beyond that now, and liberals are posing blatantly ridiculous "scientific" theories as fact when they have literally evidence to the contrary of their points.

She may have gotten some counseling before that, but she had additional sessions at the clinic before they gave her anything.

As a general rule, if you look a lot like Karl Malden, you shouldn’t put on a dress and try to pass for a woman. There isn’t enough make-up in the world to make you a passable as a female.

I spent the last 13 years of my professional life as a math teacher in my alma-mater high school. I refused to allow calculators in my classes. I told them I was interested in them knowing the principles and they would never need to 'compute' anything other than basic arithmetic - mostly all with one digit numerals. Any non-integer answers were welcome (desired) to be expressed as a fraction rather than a decimal.
Finally had to make exceptions for the 'special needs' students.
It pained me seeing them do 3 + 1 by punching on the calculator.
