Best part is how Dr. Paul repeatedly asks him a specific question, and TWICE he responds with a canned, unresponsive answer and refuses to answer the question asked.
What Paul asked was not some crazy question which did not warrant a response...he just refused to answer a sitting Senator's question during a confirmation hearing BECAUSE HE DID NOT HAVE TO IN ORDER TO STILL GET APPROVED!
He may as well have told Rand Paul to go frick himself.
