This is the guy who is going to take down Fauci? Even the video he linked explains it was sarcasm. Anyone who watched the video he linked would see the obvious sarcasm. I laughed out loud when I saw the video days ago.

Only a dirty thug or a communist would be against flock cameras. You have no expectations of privacy in public. If you want criminals to get away with crimes then just say that. No need to hide behind flimsy constitutional arguments.

Have flock cameras helped to get greater than zero criminals off the street? If the answer is yes, then I don't care about cops looking at ex-girlfriends or whatever else everyone is crying about. In fact, I can't remember ever seeing a flock camera.
Maybe that's one at the entrance to my neighborhood? If so, good, I like it there. Keeps fagots like darth vader and changing consumer habits away

This is also my take, with zero research, on why this flock extravaganza started.
Imagine walking around with a gps microphone in your pocket, car gps, CCTV everywhere, ring door bell cameras, traffic cameras, and then the license plater reader is what you allow to get you rustled up? No one gives a frick about you.
This is a play right out of the, we can't have cameras in the subway anymore because all they do is record black people comiting crimes, playbook

It isn't a thread on flock cameras. It is a thread on Rand Paul not being able to understand basic sarcasm and failing to understand that the Darh Vader bit was actually someone who agrees with Rand Paul and is against them.
I live in a small town so "flock cameras" have very little impact on my day-to-day life. Cameras are everywhere you shop and if you go to big stores like Walmart the have facial recognition and surveil you the minute you drive into their parking lot. I have lived on this Earth for 54 years without breaking any laws outside a speeding ticket. Cameras do not bother me in the least.

Make that make sense. By that logic we should also defund the police and just let people break any law they choose, "because DA's release them anyway."
I have seen enough body cam videos that debunk what happens in traffic stops and shootings by the criminals account and they are an asset in most cases for the police. They also show where officers overstep their bounds.

There is a very large portion of this being pushed by The Left after they learned they were being utilized to capture illegal aliens in our country.

The same people who want to handicap law enforcement everyday... yeah, it's them.

They would be used to track people's movements and to determine if they were doing things other than that which was allowed.
Among other things. Like maybe only allowing people who get vaccinated to travel and to arrest anyone who isn't vaccinated if they travel.
And I was considered essential during the covid lock down so my travels were never restricted, unlike most. I didn't get the vaccine; I never got sick (at least as far as showing symptoms, I could have been asymptomatic).
Is gallivanting around the streets like peter pan what you do with your freedom to movement or something?
