I’m simply saying you are backing a lot of hard working, take no shite people into a corner. You are threatening their way of life with your progressive woke bullshite. These are people who don’t sit around in academic settings debating gender pronouns and demanding equality. They have largely been silent.
There is a line you can cross to make these people feel like they have nothing else to lose.
My point is, corporate research can’t tell you shite about how this is going to play out. If you think because Lowe’s got woke that is some kind of indication that everyone is just going to go along quietly with this Marxist ideology... well I don’t know what to tell you.

You seem to imply that the people who are more inclined to vote left are just a bunch of out of touch academics and not the "real" workers of America. I think that's odd considering that there arent enough gender-debating academics to get 80+ million votes for Biden and that the worker's movement has been largely dominated by left leaning people throughout our history.
I think your idea of the modern liberal are wildly incorrect and are probably the result of all the fear porn on here that selects extreme examples of a population that is incredibly large and diverse.
I don't think that all, or the majority, of conservatives are knuckle dragging bigoted morons, just because I see lots of examples either here or on left leaning websites that misrepresent the conservative population with similar fear porn.

Lowes being "woke" is absolutely representative of their market research showing that the war is already won and that the Republican party will have to evolve to adapt to a new environment in order to stay relevant and compete. These aren't whimsical decisions being made by financial giants and they aren't going to take large risks in terms of alienating a population that they don't see massively shrinking.
