I think we've forgotten what power we have as one body. If teachers refuse to teach, to hold kids during the day, then everything falls apart. It's uncomfortable and inconvenient I know, but this is such a terrible precedent to set. Think of it like classroom management: you can't ignore bad behavior and then expect everything else to run smoothly. When your admin tells you to hang the Ten Commandments or call a kid by another name, say NO. Say it loudly. Please. Y'all are the first line of defense, and every time you accept this insanity it becomes doubly difficult for the next state to refuse.

That "YOUR" is exactly whey they needed to be reigned in. They still think they own other people's children.
And skill and devotion? Teachers are the most underachieving profession in America, every year more and more of their students cannot hit basic benchmarks. The degrees required to be a school teacher are the easiest on any campus
