They got "process." The same type of procedures other criminal defendants get. The problem is that it was an utterly corrupt process. Trump hating judges, Trump hating juries, no consideration of change of venue. Charged with stuff that never gets charged, tough sentences for misdemeanors. I could go on and on. I've been a lawyer for a long time and I was disgusted by the whole thing.

The DOJ has a conviction rate of 95% in criminal cases… what are you talking about.
Do you believe any slop you see on Twitter?
Compare the suspects going to trial in other DOJ cases vs plea deals and charges dropped to the J6 data.
Yes DOJ has a high conviction rate because they plea out or drop cases they don’t think they can win. Almost zero J6 cases were dropped. Why? Because the DOJ knew the courts were stacked in their favor.

You democrat fricks really do care more about some illegal gangbangers than American citizens.

Jacob Chansley, the spear-carrying Jan. 6 rioter whose horned fur hat, bare chest and face paint made him one of the more recognizable figures in the assault on the Capitol, was sentenced Wednesday to 41 months in prison.

Jacob Chansley, who they admitted was not violent whatsoever, was jailed for 10 months without a trial. They have video of police giving him a guided tour, showing him where to go. He is also an American citizen.
You can go frick yourself.

They weren’t given exculpatory evidence (video), they were denied access to their attorneys, and not told the fbi had agents or informants in the crowd. They were also put often in solitary confinement.

It must be physically painful to be as utterly stupid as you are presenting yourself to be.
I hope someone gives a shite about you - because you are in for a tough life.

Checks out.
Dude, if you actually ever researched J6 you would know that Nancy Pelosi was the real culprit of J6:
1) She and the dyke mayor of D.C. refused President Trump's request for 10K National Guard troops.
2) Nancy had her equally corrupt daughter, a "documentarian," in Washington to film the event (how did they know there would be an event," and why did Pelosi turn down the request for troops if she expected trouble?).
3) There were dozens of disguised FBI & FBi types in the crowd (do you even know the name of Ray Epps?), and among other things they encouraged the crowd to go inside the building.
4) "They" opened the doors and actually allowed the majority of protesters to simply walk right in. I posted a video about that after one of the co-owners of this site implied that such a video did not exist).
5) Not one protestor was armed. NOT ONE. Some insurrection, huh?
6) There were 2 people murdered that day, but they were both murdered by Capitol Police thugs.
You need to educate yourself, you stupid (or lying?) POS.

No

You shouldn't be allowed to walk around in public unsupervised.

Basically people are detained all the time in this country without being found guilty of anything yet.
Correct. The issues with the J6 people wasn't due process, but punitive pretrial detention/bond laws and policy (which is a different constitutional right/amendment entirely).
The criminal system abuses the shite out of pretrial detention. The rhetorical/hypocritical issue is that many of the people bitching about the J6 pretrial detention also melt when people in their out group get more favorable treatment (Karmello Anthony is the latest big example).

I don't think ay of these people were denied bail, FWIW.

It's not really "due process" if the "process" only applies to one group of people.
J6ers. FULL FORCE OF THE FED, basically try to bankrupt you after massive geofencing warrants and then, WAAAAAY over charging everyone using the FEW violent people as an excuse.
Summer of love with about 100 times the violence?...............virtually no charges. No substantial effort to find people who were attacking fellow citizens, burning down property etc etc. No geofencing followed by giving you 2 years in prison for being somewhat near the police station being set on fire.
Hell, where are the charges for the people that basically took over the building during the Kavanaugh hearings. Speaking of which. Sure, those didn't end up with clashes with the police. BECAUSE THE POLICE DIDN'T EVENT TRY to stop it. I guess that's one way to do it! LOL

My favorite part of the whole "violent insurrection" is the videos of the cops escorting people all over the Capitol, directing them where to go.
My favorite video is when Jacob got to the Chambers, it was initially locked. The guards were so nice, they asked him to stay by the door while they went and got the keys. They opened the Chambers and then the MSM got their photo ops in.
The videos of the guards getting the keys and opening the doors for him were withheld from his initial trial, if memory serves.
The OP will either ignore this post, or make some smart arse comment that it isn't real despite the video.

Keep fighting your fight, but you might want to look deeper into the facts and revise this quoted statement.
