Wait. You really don't believe Ukraine was shelling the Donbas in 2014?

There are people who don't believe that happened?

You are talking to a person that doesn't understand the difference between "Record Inflation" vs "Highest Inflation Ever" who has a run of the mill business degree. I suggest you lower your expectations and picture this when thinking about LSURussian

Maybe you can connect the dots for me. What does someone diddling a student have to do with Russia invading Ukraine? The analogy doesn’t land for me.

I have zero confidence that those people interviewed by the CNN reporter were not stage props for Putin. None of them were speaking Ukrainian. They were all speaking Russian.

As far as the shelling, who knows which direction those shells were coming from? Or, why? Russia sent in their armed forces into that region in 2014. Remember the "Little Green Men"? Those were Russian special forces sent in to foment unrest among the ethnic Russians in that part of Ukraine.

When Obama did nothing about it except to put a few ineffective sanctions on Russia, Putin started making his plans to attack Ukraine on a grand scale. He felt safe to do it when Biden became President.

You seemed to connect them in a way that was insulting to both of us. Congrats.

Seriously. SMH. What is the matter with you?

That was a Russian back separatist group that was being attacked

You didn't watch the video. Those were Ukrainian Civilians killed by their own government. 70 year old gray haired women are not a separatist group. Watch the video then get back to me

It's no secret for those that have been around for a long time that Russian and I have had our fair share of ugly exchanges on this board.

But he is a highly competent and educated person and knows 1000 times more about monetary policy and the economy than you ever will

Civilian deaths happen during war

They were at war. A war that Russia started.

I'm having trouble with why you're confused here. Other than the fact that we know you're a low level hack that just regurgitates opinions from twitter.

Dude you didn't phrase it as a hypothetical and the analogy doesn't track at all in this thread

Stay on topic or kindly STFU

You conjured up an outrageous “analogy” that is totally unrelated to the discussion and now you’re acting surprised and offended that I took your post at face value. This is not your typical posting style.

Why you fricking imbeciles think that Putin is our friend is a mystery that can only conclude in you being mentally retarded.

I didn't insult you in my last message, it's sad that you couldn't do the same.

Give me one example of one thing he done that has affected you directly. Be precise, did he kick your dog and you had to pay a vet bill.

What has Ukraine done for you to support them? Refuse to sign a peace deal because they want some land back that they know they are not getting? Meanwhile losing more land and lives by the day while they are spending US money on a war they cannot win.

Jesus Christ It's a sad day but actually explains alot about our country when this dumbass was actually teaching students. This retard doesn't know that 70% of Ukrainians speak Russian as their native language in the Donbas region

You could say this about literally any foreign leader of any country and it would likely ring true

That doesn't mean that you have to carry the water for aggressive dictators and spout their propaganda here

What exactly has Putin done to affect your life in a negative way?
He was the aggressor starting the biggest war in Europe since WWII.

He and his mouthpieces have constantly threatened to use nuclear weapons against Europe and the U.S. even going to the extreme of mentioning how little time it would take for his nuclear missiles to hit their targets.

Putin has aggressively sought allies to assist him in his war of aggression, including China, Iran and North Korea, none of whom are our friends. Also to assist weakening the U.S. using non-military means.

Putin is an evil murderer of his own people and citizens of other countries.

My question to you is, in light of the above, why do you admire Putin so much?

I mean he even went so far as to make a propaganda video showing a super sonic nuclear missile striking the state of Florida. But he's our hero!

If I only know 1000 times more than Comrade Snitchkovsky about monetary policy and the economy then you have just greatly injured me...

Nobody here admires Putin, they just don’t care. Probably troll it a little to people like you that are sensitive and act like he slapped your mom or something
