Public figures that have lost you with their TDS

Saw a writeup on ESPN about a father and his 3 sons playing Pebble Beach and it reminded me of Rick Reilly in his heyday. His stuff dropped off later, but there was a time I really liked reading him.

Then, he went full retard on Trump to the point where I couldn't even look at him as rational anymore. Just full-blown TDS.

I don't really care that much if you object to Trump for his policies, but when you buy into the manic frenzies of the crazy stuff, you lose me.

So, who else out there was "OK or better" with you until they completely lost their minds after 2016?

If I can forget about half (or more) of his movies since the 80's, maybe. The Godfather, Taxi Driver, Raging Bull, and Goodfellas take you a long way, and you can appreciate the self-deprecation of of Analyze This, but that was pretty much the last watchable thing he's made.

I’m in Sedona where my daughter will be giving a photographic presentation. And although it’s beautiful & quite spiritual here, my mind can’t escape the ugliness & horror that is our President. For the preservation of Democracy & our national sanity, #ImpeachTrumpNow

I also like his performance as “Father Bobby” in the movie Sleepers.

This is profoundly sad. What should have just been a nice tweet about being with his daughter turned into a hateful tweet about the president. What ugliness and horrors is he talking about?

Those with TDS use these descriptors with absolutely no backing for their usage.

Exactly. Over generalizing and using headline grabbing sensationalized terms-pure propaganda. The guy definitely has issues and should seek professional help.

It’s always struck me as funny the way the character of Archie Bunker has been vilified over the years as such a bigot, whereas the character of Mike Stivic, a mooch who stretched out his schooling for as long as possible to avoid getting a job and showed little other than disrespect to the man whose roof he was under and at whose table he dined, has just been kind of glossed over.

Kasich

I was a big fan for a long time, he lost me when he refused to make an appearance at the RNC back in 2016 and has only gotten worse

Jim Carrey has truly gone off his rocker but you could argue he was on his way to insanity before Trump. 2016 just put him over the edge.
