Rick Reilly was always a turd.
Didn't take TDS.
His last page column at SI was always the same. He thought he was funny, he wasn't. He thought only the East Coast mattered. Every single story was basically The Blind Side. Black father leaves home, society saves kid.
And his byline pic was this:
Just smug, pretentious and unfunny. If Rick Reilly wasn't a sportswriter, he'd live in an Ivory Tower and write a treatise on his awful whiteness while transitioning into a woman.
Rick Reilly could have been the first Caitlyn Jenner; I'm surprised he passed on that opportunity.
