confirm that there are no Biden signs anywhere. If there are Biden signs, address it with management and verify that equal application of the lease is applied to all members.

Interesting note in your lease:
Note that "seasonal flags" can be displayed but American flags can only be displayed at holidays.

Seems screwed up

In case no one has mentioned it yet, you should read your lease agreement.

BTW, I reviewed a lease agreement for a Spanish Town apartment about 25 years ago which contained clauses which prohibited the "drinking of alcohol to excess" and "overnight guests of the opposite sex," among other things. It's amazing what some people put in lease agreements, and even more amazing that renters don't read them before they sign.

That sentence says nothing about patios or any other location. Its a blanket prohibition on the display of political posters, etc.

This. Go to one of the biden people and act like "hey, I got the notice to take my biden sign down, I'm wondering if you got the same notice?"

Go to all of them.

Build a case. Sue them. They'll refuse to renew your lease and you'll have to move, but you can still keep suing them.
