They do and Chuck Schumer should be at the top of the list for threatening justices.

.@DHSgov: Pro-abortion extremists are threatening to burn down or storm the Supreme Court and murder justices and their clerks. But this "generalized philosophic embrace of violent tactics does not constitute domestic violent extremism or illegal activity."
We used to make fun of countries that acted like this. hell, we used to invade countries that acted like this.

There are actually federal laws against actions such as this that are termed “true threat” laws as well as other laws that prohibit attempted intimidation, actions to cause fear or social disruption and specific laws for trying to threaten, harass, intimidate or otherwise harm Federal and Supreme Court justices.
They are literally encouraging idiots to break these laws!

But 1/6 did, when it was NONE of those things? The only people there inciting violence were plain clothes feds and anqueefa thugs in disguise. Didn't I recently read a credible news story where a Florida or Georgia guy was arrested for making threats against a DC politician? Nah, must have imagined that.
They're openly displaying their double standard now, for the whole world to see.
Wasn't turnip brain promising to UNITE Americans? Seems to me that he's doing a more fantastic job of dividing them than even Hussein did...
There's going to be blood and violence from the left, that will result in the right finally lashing back at them... and the right will be blamed and demonized for it. You don't need a crystal ball to see this shite coming.

In what plane of reality does the threat and or use of violent tactics such as arson and murder of federal officials not constitute cosmetic violent extremism or illegal activity?

Garland absolutely said this. He said it while being questioned about why he wasn’t going after ANTIFA for attacking the federal courthouse in Portland.

But going into a building of elected officials that we foot the bill for is domestic terror.

Kinda feels like literally everything this administration is doing is trying to accomplish this, when you think about it. Don't like crime? We'll put the criminals back on the street? Don't want your 5 year old taught about sex changes? We'll put it in your school. Don't want high gas prices? We'll cancel oil leases. Worried about inflation? We'll take $40 billion and throw it at Ukraine. Everything they're doing makes perfect sense when you ask the question "how can the left best make the right lose their mind and react?"

And if they even come close to doing this, the media will still justify their actions.
But the J6 protestors were dangerous domestic terrorists.
