it's kind of fricked up that you can still be around and sling pills.
don't worry i don't... i willingly chose to walk away from practicing pharmacy... still have an active license and could practice if i choose to, but i just know this is the best option for me...

yeah, those same people would LOVE to do away with government assistance programs b/c they think all these people are "riding the system".... they all about the "help" when you are pregnant with that "precious life", but as soon as you give birth to that now bastard of a child, yeah, frick you if you need help taking care of that kid... should have thought about that before you got pregnant, amirite? George Carlin's bit on this topic is deadon accurate of the conservative right wing viewpoint on this topic... they are all about the "sanctity of life" up until you are born, then frick 'em...
This is retarded and completely detached from reality.

Well, I do.
Do you guys talk about gamesmEnship when you get together?
Dr. Bob: Yo, Jake, check out this hilarious joke I'm about to post on this message board!
Jake: Bob, you crazy goose. You know you're not funny. Let me handle this one!
Dr. Frank: Yes, Bob. Jake is hilarious! I promise you he will type something which leave us all giggling in amusement! He will definitely display some gamesmenship!
Jake: How about this gamesmenship, Frank?!
Jake types: "Have you ever figured out how Manhattan doesn't sink under the weight of all those buildings as you pondered a few years ago?"
Dr Frank: See!
Dr Bob: OMG, he really IS hilarious! Incredible gamesmenship!
Jake: Yes! I am hilarious. Let you, my two best OB/GYN friends, and me share this hilarity with all of our other OB/GYN friends!
Dr Frank: Yes! Brilliant idea, Jake! I'm so glad we're friends with so many other OB/GYNs. If it weren't for your incredible sense of humor, they probably wouldn't even talk to us!
Dr Bob: Yes, Frank. Exactly!
Jake, Dr Bob, and Dr Frank all give one another high fives and walk out the door.

why? is the life of the child not more important?
In an ectopic pregnancy, there's no way to save the child. The mother's life is truly in danger. This is common sense to everyone but you, apparently.

You focused on a misspelling? The E is near the A and I haven't my glasses at the moment. Is this your victory?
How is it Manhattan doesn't sink?

If the laws are vague, the doctors don’t know whether they can terminate before it ruptures. If the law says you can terminate to save the life of the mother, how close to death does she need to be? This is not just about ectopic pregnancies. I used that as one of many examples. It’s hard to understand nuances of the law.

"When is it OK for me to act?" Huntsberger said. "Do I wait until she bleeds out? Do I wait until we do CPR? When is it that I can intervene? How close to death does she need to be before I take care of her?"

Wonder if the women that have had multiple abortions are used as multiple individuals.

I wish you the best.
But this
Was more what I was saying is fricked up. I suspect not everyone makes the same great decision you made.

Don't believe that number for a second
Eh it's probably higher than you think but I bet a lot of these numbers are women taking a plan B pill. Which is not even necessarily an abortion because they probably weren't pregnant in the first place.

you do realize that all medical professional boards have drug diversion and rehabilitation programs, right? typically, there's an inpatient rehab assignment, random drug monitoring, and mandated AA/NA attendance... different boards have various degrees of prescribed programs but it's not a "one strike and you're out" type of thing, pretty much across the board of all medical professions

In the 70's Moms made the decision for daughters. I
was 17 and my girlfriend was 15. We've been together 45 years and have six children, but still haunts us

Men are the ones who impregnate women, and they need to be held accountable too.
True but why won’t women get on the pill or make the dude wrap the rascal? Why would a woman choose a surgical procedure over those two options?

quote:Gotta keep in mind definitions and methodology too. I remember some of the abortion stats from 80's-90's included miscarriages. Start throwing in stuff like that and the numbers can really skyrocket.
I find it difficult to believe, but there were numerous sources.
So either it's accurate, or it's a conspiracy and everyone is in on it.
Stats may not lie but liars can and do manipulate stats to make lies true.
