I would imagine this is an extremely low percentage of abortions that take place, along with the common reasons people use to excuse abortion away like rape and incest.

The Ectopic Pregnancy argument is absolute shite. Every single state with an abortion ban has an exception for physical danger of death to the mother, including ectopic cases. An ectopic pregnancy is easily diagnosed and proven with a simple ultrasound, so there is ZERO danger of prosecution of physicians. This is one of those boogeyman arguments that the Planned Parenthood crowd uses, and its complete and utter horseshite.
