Last I checked Boris declined in going being kind-- to give family a spot. Phillip's lifelong secretary dude is invited. So now they can add Piers 
when Oprah doesn't do stairs isn't invited.
(Oprah doesn't do stairs) is from some book that said that Oprah was invited to a big wigs boutique and her limo pulled in and her people asked, where does Oprah go in the front door, hardly...
So they said haul the limo around back and come up.

That's the excuse they are using, but let's be honest - no one in that family wants her there. They probably advised her to use the pregnancy as an excuse for why she is not on the guest list.

36 weeks is the standard cut off for traveling by air, this is the benchmark OBGYNs use as well as commercial airliners.
The safest times to fly are during your second trimester, which Meghan is most likely in as she said her due date is sometime in the summer (summer starts in 2 months).
