No. A overhaul of our Immigration system including H-1B Visas. I suggest a Immigration Freeze for 3 years why we reform the system. Canada just implemented a 3 year Immigration freeze. President Trump will also need to use the Military at the Southern Border to lock it down completely. These are easy things to do and will make a Drastic difference

The problem with radicalization via religion is "these types of people" don't have to be "allowed in".
During the first ISIS scare, thousands were radicalized worldwide online. The ones who attacked people here I don't think ever met with a radical leader in person.

This is a great point. People are underestimating the "Anti American Sentiment" that mass legal immigration causes which leads to incidents like this

Half of these clowns were opining last week to allow more foreign nationals in instead of dealing with the issues that create worker shortfalls in the US. I guess it is easier to flood the nation instead of fixing our problems. It will destroy the cultural fabric/founding principles of this nation. We may already be past the point of no return.
