Go to your secretary of states website. It will probably cost you about 3500 dollars, that is the fee in Alabama. We are running someone against the congressman in Alabama that went against Trump!

Unless something's changed, Clinton's office is located in Harlem, which is in Manhattan.
ETA: I did enough research to see that he moved out of Harlem years ago, but I'm not searching for where his office is now.
