I signed a contract with a guy over 60 years ago who told me he was going to fix my house, repaint, re-seed the lawn, the works.
A lot of time has passed and he hasn’t done a whole lot (he always tells me some other contractor is keeping him from getting to my place as quick as he wants) but he does stop by every four years to check in and he’s got a real good sounding plan. It’s gonna look real nice.
I hope he can get started soon because it has been over 60 years and my whole east side wall has a big hole and it’s not easy getting down the front steps being as several are missing.
But he’s a swell guy and his plan sounds real good. I know it’s going to be real nice when he’s done.

And they are doing it at their own peril. In a country that is 70% white and 13% black, it is impossible to make the races equal. And if they keep posting a more of those black power militia videos, blacks will find out just how much of a minority they really are. If I am a black business owner wanting to build wealth, I would cater to "WHITE PEOPLE" just for the fact there are more of them. It boils down to just simple math.
