Women actually have an easier time finding jobs than men.

The reason they are paid less is because they go into lower paid fields and are less devoted to their job.
Also, if a 14 year old electrician can outperform a female electrician at the top of her game, then of course the male should be paid more.

Technology is advancing to replace the lowest wages workers.

the women choose to get paid like they are, they could have gotten paid like the men but wanted something different.
