We are no longer a country that produces things others than agriculture. The manufacturing jobs which supported the middle class have been outsourced years ago.

One part of the infrastructure bill is a provision that has the Federal Govt. subsidizing union fees. Also, a provision that in any labor dispute, the union rep is the one running the hearing; the employer rep plays second fiddle. The U.S.Postal Union, the largest in the country, was successful in not having its members face any Federal mandates for vaccinations. etc etc etc

I dont mind unions but federal employees shouldn't have unions. They are mooching off of us

Yeah well I appreciate your big picture point, but mine is simply a remark about the cold and selfish true nature of this President who does purport to be a man of the people. Much like he's insinuating here.
