I dont doubt there are American children in true poverty that go hungry at night, but expanding the current system wont solve this problem. Statistics show that the poorer you are in America, the more overweight you are likely to be. Government assistance is obviously finding its way to the poor, the challenge is making sure all children in need receive the assistance. I honestly dont know how we achieve that without violating a shite ton of rights.
