Great, families with means already stop having kids around 2 or 3 in most cases and pay for school, food, clothes, cars, college, weddings, etc.
Those can't afford the five kids they have now, will have five more to get the $3,000 each year.

Let's add an amendment to any bill that purportedly wants to end childhood poverty that says women who cannot afford to feed their children shall have Norplant implanted in their arm until such time as they can afford to feed their children. Boom, end of children in poverty.
To show you how truly f*cking ignorant and insane Democrats are, they actually believe that these women, who were so f*cking irresponsible that they had children they could not afford, will actually spend all this extra money the Democrats want to give them on their children.
