People who aren't vaccinated need a reason beyond that.

Just to be fair, your chances of getting covid again are higher with natural antibodies vs vaccinations.
The authoritarians also don't give a shite if you've already had it. They will keep this shite in place until enough people are vaccinated. And even then...some of this stuff is never going away.
