If thats the goal then why is he still virtue signaling and wearing a mask outside? If a vaccine works, why signal to the American people that it is still necessary? Why do Kamala, Pelosi, Biden, all of them still wear masks when they have openly been vaccinated? That isn't reassuring if your goal is to get people vaccinated.

The CDC numbers say if I’m fully vaccinated the chances of me getting Covid are .008%, of me being hospitalized (not dying of Covid) are .00047%, and there isn’t one known infection that was passed from a fully vaccinated person to a non-vaccinated person, so yeah I am following the data the CDC is giving me. Unfortunately those aren’t the results you like because you want us locked down forever and thus aren’t talking about those numbers. With all due respect Mr President, go frick yourself.

How about providing people with a benefit to getting vaccinated, such as they don't have to wear masks anywhere (including flights) and can go fully back to normal?
Instead of "You can take your mask off outside. Sort of. Only by yourself or in a small group."
