I googled Biden's synthetic looking face during the campaign. Saw some articles interviewing surgeons talking about how many face lifts he's had and how he needs some remedial work because whatever was done was botched or has passed its shelf life. When you keep stretching old skin over and over, it starts to look like flesh colored vinyl.

But your face does slide downward as you age, so it does make sense ones lobes would appear more connected over time.
