Iran and others like them are crazy as hell. Letting them have weapons of mass death or even a powerful conventional arsenal is not going to cure them of being crazy. If anything it will just make them even more crazy. You can’t fix crazy. It’s a permanent condition.

People look at these bad actor countries and groups like they are one size fits all. Because Russia or China has nukes and has not used them then every bad guy in the world is like that. That’s just not the case.
