POTUS On Hasan: "I know what the military would like to do, but we'll make a decision.”

Reporter: “There are lawmakers on both sides of the aisle who have criticized the idea of live streaming the execution of [the Fort Hood shooter] Nidal Hasan. They say that he could radicalize other people.”
President Trump:"Well, you have two thoughts. He's a vicious killer. Killed 13 people in cold blood, wounded over 20.
Some of those people will never have their lives back in a true sense. He was vicious. He was violent.
There are two thoughts. Don't show it and show it. Because, you know, by showing it, maybe other people won't be doing what he did.
So I'll make a decision ultimately. I know what the military would like to do, but we'll make a decision.”

If tweet fails to load, click here. There are a few arguments in articles from lawyers claiming Hasan wasnt notified of set execution properly, legally? with a chaplain present.
Please post further on this for discussion.

They should just shoot the guy and let it go as if it were just another day at the office. The Radicals are radical anyway just like their Jihadist brethren in Iran. Thank Biden and the Dem Party for opening the door of our Nation and paying them to reside here.
It's coming.
It's coming.

Wasn’t he notified at his sentencing that he will be put to death??

Just Epstein him at this point. That would demoralize the Islam fanatics and end the circus around it.

Trump probably wants a pay per view event.

Yes it’s about Hassan future or should I say ending it, but he should have no choice in what happens nor should is lawyers. Just stalling tactics and giving Muslims a platform to gripe about

One would think. I read it in this article. I hope it means nothing but libs crybabying..
As Army moves to execute Fort Hood shooter, questions about procedure linger

I get ragged on for process questions. Here, I can't imagine any valid, due process objections.

Charlie Kirk essentially got a live execution by the left and the "far right" hasn't been radicalized. Same with the attempted assassination of Trump.
At some point we just have to accept that we live among radicals and playing by their rules puts us in greater jeopardy. Kill Hassan. Do it in the virtual public square. Send the message that we will not negotiate with terrorists.

I think Trump is doing this all wrong and a public firing squad is the wrong thing to use here. Instead he needs to utilize Fire Ants and lay the guy down on a fire ant nest for public consumption. This way the death is slow, painful, and we can put money on Kalshi to see how long it takes for him to die.

So my question is, will Trump countermand his Secretary of Defense?

Wait a minute. Is Trump suggesting that they're not going to exterminate him?
If so... WTF?

Maybe.
But now one thing that's wrong is the Secretary of Defense making a very public decision not knowing if he has the backing of POTUS.

I think Trump is suggesting it may not be public.
But it makes the whole thing look like a clown show for Hegseth to make a big deal out of making it public and then for Trump to say not so fast my friend.

Public hanging works for me. Have picnics with ham sandwiches and sausages.
After the hanging then have the firing squad fill him full of lead.
That isn’t cruel or unusual punishment.

I think the execution is appropriate.
I’m not sure about live streaming it. On one hand, there are families of the victims and even people in the victims community who may wish to view the administration of justice. On the other hand, it should not be made to be a spectacle or in any way trivializing an execution. There are way too many unstable people out there but most importantly it’s really not a good look for the US.
I guess a live stream could be invite only but it will definitely get recorded and distributed everywhere.
Either way, it should 1000% be done in a professional manner. No pig’s blood or pissing on him or dragging him through the streets all beat up with stuff jammed up his butt, like his own people are so fond of. No stoning him first or sawing his head off or anything like that. No cheering. Let him pray or frick a goat or whatever his religion does before death. Then get it done in a respectful manner.

Don’t forget to dip the bullets in bacon grease beforehand.
